This Site introduces Annealir Advancements and the systems it is building, ahead of their deployment. It exists to present the work and to let interested people register interest. It is not a product, a service, a marketplace, or a storefront; nothing is sold on it, no payment is collected through it, and no part of it constitutes the operation of the systems it describes.

Nothing on this Site is an offer, invitation, inducement, or solicitation of any kind — not of goods, not of services, not of employment, and not of securities, deposits, investment schemes, or financial products of any description, in India or in any other jurisdiction. The investors page records expressions of interest; it does not offer, invite, advertise, or recommend any investment, is not a prospectus, private-placement offer letter, or offer document under the Companies Act, 2013 or any SEBI regulation, and creates no entitlement to participate in any offering. Any future commercial or financial arrangement, if ever made, would be made separately, through definitive written documents, to eligible persons, in compliance with applicable law — never through this Site.

5. No relationship formed

Browsing this Site, registering interest, sharing it, or corresponding with us does not make anyone a customer, supplier, partner, employee, candidate-with-rights, agent, or investor of Annealir, and creates no agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship and no obligation on Annealir to respond, engage, or proceed. Such relationships arise only from separate definitive written agreements signed by both sides.

6. Accuracy, availability, and errors

We work to keep the Site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability. It may contain typographical errors, abstractions, and simplifications; visual scenes and instruments on the Site are illustrative artefacts of the Site itself, not screenshots, telemetry, or output of the systems described. ANNEALIR, the Annealir mark, the wordmark, and the Site's distinctive trade dress are trademarks of Annealir Advancements. All other names and marks that may appear on the Site or in correspondence belong to their owners; their appearance implies no affiliation with, or sponsorship or endorsement of or by, Annealir unless expressly stated in writing.
